I'm adding another footnote (the first being peanut butter) to my diet of no refined sugar, deep fried foods and chocolate. Due to a new found hatred (and I do mean hatred) of plain or vanilla yogurt, I'm going back to the regular fruit ones that have a bit more added sugar. To quote Big A...as a woman over 35, I need my calcium.

I have yet to return to talking to him.
