An unlikely match

Over the past month, I've gotten into the habit of reading tidbits from the paper to Big A (who isn't a regular newspaper reader) which inevitably leads to his thoughts on the topic. The one this past weekend was an article about how women who are college graduates and have decent jobs (basically Hillary's compadres), are not supporting Hillary Clinton in her run to be president. Generally, that section of the population are put off by Hillary because they believe she has retired any feminine traits (if she ever had any) to run more like the men in the group. Big A's retort was this was the first time a woman has gotten this close and it will probably be a long time before it happens again so why wouldn't they support her and get her into the office, breaking that glass ceiling if you will, so that other women will have a better chance at it in the future. If I didn't know how deep his love for Ralph Nader went, I would have guessed he's a Hillary fan.

I've endured 28 years of a Bush or a Clinton in the Whitehouse. I don't think I could hack another 4 possibly 8 years.
