The stats from yesterday

Murf's overall Presidental voting record since she started: 3-2

Her 2008 Proposal record: 1-1. Expanding stem cell research passed (YAY!) but so did the use of pot for medicinal purposes. She was actually undecided about that but when confronted with the circle and a black pen, remembered what Big A had to say about that: "It should be legal for everyone" so she went with no. She assumes now there will be a lot more stolen prescription pads from the doctor's office...or does the street sellers take those? How does one get legal marijuana anyway?

Her 2008 City Council record: 0-1. The loss surprises her though considering how many more signs he had in yards than the winner.

Her 2008 UM and MSU Regent record: N/A She doesn't vote for that junk. The same goes for everyone that is running unopposed. It speeds up her time at the booth by skipping over those.

Time she gave up on watching ABC News and their really cool map board and went to bed: 9:45 p.m.

Number of Obama shirts she can now continue to wear to get her money's worth out of them: 2

My presidential voting record is pretty dismal, I'm 1-4. Of course, twice I voted third party and was not terribly disappointed by the guy that won.

I was going to rub something in this morning about you Michiganders all being high on pot now but you beat me too it. Let me know if you find out how to get a perscription for it.

I don't have an Obama or McCain shirt so I don't have to worry about that but I do have a right hand that has touched Obama's right hand. Would you like me to cut it off and send it to you?

I'm dismal to, 3 wins and 6 losses (like Ed, I had 2 votes were for 3rd party candidates). I also didn't vote for the regents--why do we have to vote for them, few of them campaigns, why doesn't the legislature approve them after the governor appoints?

You're not as bad off as Big A. He's 1-5 but those other 4 votes he 'threw away'. ;-)

I have a friend whose family supports the pot industry so I think this proposal passing will help ease the turmoil of having a 'moose-lum' in office.

Gee, I can't believe my writing was that bad, I know I was trying to do three things at one time when I posted that comment. Let me try this again:

I'm dismal, too! 3 wins and 6 losses and like Ed, I two of my votes were for 3rd party candidates. I also didn't vote for the University Regents--why do we have to vote for them, few of them campaign, why don't the governor appoint them and the legislative approve them?

Sage - Do you want a third try? This one is pretty dismal too. ;-)
